What to Watch Tonight: Suits, Rookie Blue, and Louie

What to watch on Thursday, August 9...

Oh hey, it's me again. Slaving away over the television listings for you. Just like I did yesterday. And the day before that. I'm just messing around, I totally do this for fun. They don't even pay me! Let's see what my passion fueled search for episodic coverage gifts us tonight:

10pm, NatGeo
Martian Mega Rover
Hey, so remember when we landed on Mars? That was neat! But now it's time to get to know the guy who did all the heavy lifting—the one and only Mars Rover, itself. NatGeo introduces us to the most complex robot to date in this one-hour special. If you're a science nerd trying to maintain your know-it-all persona, you probably shouldn't miss it.

10pm, ABC
Rookie Blue
In "Out of Time" Dov and Chris discover a missing girl's corpse alongside a canyon and need to call on Detective Luke Callaghan for help. When Callaghan returns, the team notices that Gail has gone missing. Fearing abduction, they band together to track down her kidnapper. Hopefully they don't run "out of time," har har.

9pm, USA
Suits
In "Rewind" Harvey and Mike are forced to reflect on the past in relation to where they are now. Would they be better off if Harvey hadn't hired Mike under false pretenses? Poor tortured souls. Sometimes I think Mike should just run off, get his law degree legally, and practice elsewhere. But then I guess we'd be down a show, huh?

10pm, TBS
Sullivan & Son
In "The Punch," a pantry thief (is that even a thing?) stirs up serious tension between Steve and Melanie, both personally and professionally. Carol and Hank offer their age-old wisdom on the best ways to date, and Owen decides to go into business with Ahmed, even though the business is entirely off-the-wall. Sounds like your average week at a family owned bar alright.

10:30pm, FX
Louie
In "Ikea/Piano Lesson," Louie and an old friend go shopping together, but an emergency cuts their jolly good times short. Judging on the episode title, I'm guessing hoping this emergency has something to do with a piano lesson. Maybe Louie gets trapped in an Ikea dungeon and the only way out is to play the right piano scales? It's possible.

I'm surprised tv.com remembers and lists all the TLC programming but ignores Brand X, Children's Hospital and NTSF:SD:SUV::

Just Big Brother and Chelsea Lately for me! Oh and most likely Jeopardy.

Other than that I'll probably just Netflix some Lost episodes. (:

Not a big fan of clip episodes. (Unless they're done by Community, of course.)

I recommend Awkward. Wilfred has been pretty good this season. And if you are into cartoons, Tron: Uprising has been pretty awesome so far. Just some recommendations. :)

Yes I did. And like Montana, I'm not too enthused about it.

Unfortunately, yes. Further proof that S4 has a rather bleak outlook.

Let's give Killian a big hand for getting it right :) Given that some of us can be quick to jump on her when she makes a mistake. ;) I 'm looking forward more to Rookie blue this week than a Suits flashback episode.. I still hope to be surprised.
