The bizarrely ubiquitous Katie Holmes appears tonight as the legendary Slutty Pumpkin, the much-pined-for lass who Ted has searched for ever since he lost her number after a Halloween party years ago. And because it's a Halloween-themed episode, Holmes will have a hollow, haunted expression in her eyes the entire time.
