What to watch on Monday, October 10...

It's Autumn and the trees are starting to become as colorful as the television screen. Well, ALMOST as colorful. Nice try, trees! Anyway, here's a list of notable items on TV tonight:
8pm, Fox
Terra Nova
Whoops, things just keep getting harder for the primordial colonists! Tonight they'll have to deal with an outbreak of a virus that causes memory loss, paranoia, and death. Must-watch television, basically. Just kidding, but hey: dinosaurs!
9pm, CBS
Two and a Half Men
This CBS juggernaut rolls onward with a pair of plotlines about lovesickness: Tonight Walden decides he needs to find Mrs. Right, plus Alan pines for Lyndsey. What a bunch of softies! Insanely wealthy softies, but still.
SERIES PREMIERE, 9:30pm, HBO
Enlightened
This looks awesome. Writer Mike White brings us this new dramedy about a woman (Laura Dern) who has an emotional breakdown at her white collar job and then reinvents herself as some sort of New Age guru. While it's unclear how laugh-out-loud funny it will be, everybody knows Laura Dern is the best. Give her all the awards!
ORIGINAL MOVIE, 9pm, Lifetime
Five
The thing about short films is, they're way better when they're directed by celebrities. Haha, take that, Sundance! In the anthology film Five, we'll get five stories about breast cancer directed by such luminaries as Jennifer Aniston, Demi Moore, and Alicia Keys. Honestly, if this doesn't solve breast cancer, I don't know what will.
SEASON 3 PREMIERE, 9pm, HBO
Bored to Death
In tonight's Season 3 premiere, Jonathan deals with some alarming family news while also trailing a mysterious woman. Plus George has a memorable reunion with his daughter and her new boyfriend, and Ray spends the day with his own son. P.S. This is a comedy, a very good comedy!
ORIGINAL MOVIE, 9pm, MTV
(DIS)connected
It's always pretty charming when MTV tries to get in on the TV movie game, and here they go with another attempt. In (DIS)connected, four people from different cities connect through an online chat site and somehow become entangled in a thriller scenario. Who knows what kind. Bullying? Cyberstalking? Farmville? Any one of these things could be addressed, and it's about time.

I'll give Terra Nova another chance
hart of dixie
I just love Bored to Death so I'm looking forward to that. Enlightened sounds interesting so I'll check it out and then there are all my Monday night regulars; Gossip Girl, How I Met Your Mother, The Lying Game, Mike & Molly, Castle and Hawaii Five-0. I also see that there's an episode of The Playboy Club, I thought the show had been cancelled already?
Hawaii Five-0, Castle, House, HIMYM and Terra Nova
Terra Nova, Bored to Death, CAstle
Bored to Death, HIMYM, 2 Broke Girls, Mike & Molly, Castle
Gossip Girl, Hart of Dixie, and Five if it's replayed again.
Terra Nova
HIMYM and Castle. Too bad Breaking Bad is over. But the season finale was amazing.
Terra Nova, How I Met Your Mother, Hart of Dixie, Castle and Hawaii Five-0
Terra Nova, Castle, Two and a Half Men, Mike & Molly, 2 Broke Girls, Hawaii Five-0...
HIMYM, 2 Broke Girls, TAAHM, Mike and Molly, Terra Nova, Hawaii Five 0.
2 Broke Girls, House and Hawaii 5-0.
How I Met Your Mother, Castle, 2 Broke Girls, Hart of Dixie
terra nova, house
Terra Nova, How I Met Your Mother, Two and a Half Men and Enlightened
HIMYM, 2 Broke Girls, and Hawaii 5-0 for sure. Not sure yet if I want to keep watching Hart of Dixie.
HIMYM and Castle
Will be watching: HIMYM, 2 Broke Girls, House and Castle.
Will be recording: Terra Nova, Two and a Half Men, Mike and Molly and Hawaii Five-O.
Great to see Bored to Death is back! Ted Danson is excellent in it. Also watching HIMYM.
Terra Nova is such a failed show. Stargate Universe had better CGI.
This is why "space opera" cgi is always easier, cheaper, and more effective. Because the entire screen is cgi, as in a space battle, one need only compare the graphical quality to a black screen of space. It is much more difficult to create realistic cgi when you place it in a real life, high definition back drop. This is why Battlestar Galactica could seemingly afford epic space battles on their budget.
House and Terra Nova
How I Met Your Mother, Terra Nova, Two and a Half Men, Castle, and Hawaii 5-0. Oh, and definitely Craig Ferguson.
I'm not sure if I'll watch Enlightened or not. I find the plot synopsis boring, but the cast is great.
Not a fan of Terra Nova yet, but it's the only thing slightly interesting on the list.
terran nova
2.5 men
bored to death
HIMYM
2Broke girls
house
(haven't started castle yet)
daily show if its on?
i love tv
All the TV guides I've checked have Prime Suspect listed instead of The Playboy Club.
You are correct, Prime Suspect is taking over Playboy Club's former time slot. Sorry about that, we started compiling the story before Playboy Club was canceled! Though in hindsight, we totally should have known...
gossip girl
the lying game
terra nova
2 broke girls
hart of dixie
enlightened
hawaii five-0
castle
Terra Nova is the only worthwhile thing to watch on this whole list. The rest all suck.
Just Castle for me.
Terra Nova, Bored to Death, The Lying Game, 2 Broke Girls, Hart of Dixie, House, Castle.
Laura Dern is showing up on the small screen? This is complete news for me! I guess I have to check out Enlightened. Maybe it's HBO's substitute for The Big C. And The Playboy Club is surely not on today. If it was, I'd watch it. It's like I already miss those cute bunny tails.
Terra Nova, How I Met Your Mother, Gossip Girl, The Lying Game, 2 Broke Girls (funniest new comedy this season, don't care what everybody says), Hart Of Dixie, Mike & Molly, Castle, Betty White and Claire Danes on Craig Ferguson, and I also might check out Enlightened
and The Playboy Club if it's actually on, NBC.com says it's a Prime Suspect rerun.. they have a few episodes of TPC that they've filmed, they should atleast burn them off instead of just doing reruns.
Terra Nova, GossipGirl, HIMYM, 2 Broke Girls, Hart of Dixie, Castle
The Lying Game, House and Castle and maybe Enlightened.
Ted Danson working two angles a boss with high attitude in CSI ,and a boss who is just high with inhaling too much Marijuana in Bored to Death
Terra Nova, Mike & Molly, The Penguins of Madagascar, The Amazing World of Gumball, maybe fast-forwarding Scare Tactics.
The Play Boy club is still running?! I thought it got cancelled!
as long as NBC get Affiliates money , they will run it until it ends
