What to Watch Tonight: The Bachelorette, Eureka, and Four Houses

What to watch on Monday, July 2...

Oh hey, it's July. Speaking of July, the 4th is just around the corner and will land awkwardly in the middle of the week, so heads up that things are about to get weird. And by weird, I mean "loaded with grilled meats and barbecue-flavored corn." Now here's your TV lineup for the night:

8pm, ABC
The Bachelorette
This week is Hometown Dates, which means that tonight we'll see the guys in action on their home turf. Whose family do you think will be the weirdest? Here are my guesses: Chris's will be the most normal, Sean's will be the most religious, Jef's will be the most free-spirited, and Arie's will be suspiciously awesome.

8pm, E!
Tim Tebow's Wild Rise
Remember when this guy was being labeled as a sign of the second coming? (The theories were out there.) Well, E! decided it would be a good idea to retrace our steps from a society who worships athletes to a society who WORSHIPS athletes. If nothing else, it'll be a nostalgic recap of last year's football season.

9pm, Syfy
Eureka
In tonight's episode "Mirror, Mirror," an experiment goes awry and ends up cutting off Eureka from the rest of the universe. Oh, and it also threatens to destroy all human life in the town. Holy FIX THAT PROBLEM, Batman!

9:30pm, Discovery
Mobster Confessions
Everybody's got confessions, it's just that mobsters have way cooler confessions than the rest of us (or so I'd like to believe). Tonight's episode features Frank Cullotta, who worked with the mafia in Las Vegas until he was brought down by the FBI. With any luck, we'll get at least one "Big Ang" shout-out.

SERIES PREMIERE, 10pm, TLC
Four Houses
You've heard of that show Four Weddings, where a quartet of brides-to-be attend each other's weddings to rate them on a scale of awesome to awful. Four Houses is the same basic concept: Four homeowners visit each other's decked-out abodes to vote on whose is the coolest (and they appear to be pretty cool). The pilot takes place in New Jersey (so maybe another "Big Ang" shout out?) and the winner gets a whopping $10,000 to spend on garden gnomes and rhinestone-encrusted bidets.

Tim Tebow is entertaining, but he hasn't risen to anything. Except to being a celebrity. Octo-Mom accomplished the same thing, so......nothing to see here (yet).

Eureka, maybe Hell's Kitchen and MasterChef. Top Gear UK is a rerun from 9 years ago, they're claiming it's a "lost" season" but it actually aired here in a US-themed format, I believe.

Oh no, oh no. This won't do. This won't do at all. Teen Wolf isn't on the blurb. Where is Price!? D:

Anyway, it's just Teen Wolf for me tonight! Sad there isn't any new Bunheads on.

They should have more than 5 TV show blurbs in these articles.

The only interesting and may I add AWESOME show on this list is Teen Wolf. So Teen Wolf for me. (Summer is so boring, the only shows that I'm looking forward to this Summer are TW, PLL and Alphas).

Teen Wolf, of course. Why does it get no blurb? Bring back Price!

Let Price have his vacation.

How long is his vacation? Just out of curiousity.

Now now.....I love Teen Wolf, too, but it doesn't hurt to mix up the blurbs every once and a while. Don't want the lesser shows to get jealous. ;-)

While I'm all for mixing it up (I decided to have 2 sugars in my coffee today instead of 1 ... I know, I'm a rebel), there are certain shows that should ALWAYS get a blurb.

Fringe Fridays.

TVD Thursdays.

GoT/Breaking Bad/Dexter(?)/OUaT Sundays.

AND

Teen Wolf Mondays.

Eureka only has three episodes left!? What the eff!? How did they go from 18 episodes to 21 episodes all the way back to 13 episodes and a canceled sixth season? This is just ridiculous. Anyway, in order of importance, I will be watching:

1. Eureka

2. Teen Wolf

that is all.
