What to watch on Tuesday, September 4...
Welcome back to the work week, folks. Yeah, I know, it kind of feels like Monday, and that's kind of a bummer. On the bright side, though, Friday's gonna be here one day sooner! Hooray! Here's your TV line-up for tonight:
LIVE, 8pm, PBS, CNN, MSNBC
10pm on ABC, CBS, and NBC
Democratic National Convention
The Republicans had their turn, and now it's time for America's Democrats to take the floor. This year's convention, which will take place in Charlotte, North Carolina, will last for three days. Though technically a platform to renominate the president, the convention will be filled to the brim with speeches and rallies lead by members of congress and other strong political figures within the Democratic party. Former President Bill Clinton will even take the stage. If you're planning to watch the convention from home, you'll be able to do so from all of these various viewing channels:
Wednesday, September 5: LIVE from 8pm to 11pm on PBS, CNN, MSNBC
LIVE from 10pm to 11pm on ABC and CBS
Thursday, September 6: LIVE from 8pm to 11pm on PBS, CNN, MSNBC
LIVE from 9pm to 11pm on NBC
LIVE from 10pm to 11pm on ABC and CBS
SEASON FINALE, 9pm, ABC Family
Beverly Hills Nannies
In "Nanny, Are You OK?" everything falls apart for the Beverly Hills babysitters: Maggie's drinking habits start to catch up with her, Amber and Kristen's feud reaches a peak when it starts to alienate the other nannies, and Amanda and Justin worry about whether or not they can keep their cool at a baptism party. Life's so hard when the kids aren't yours, ya know?
Tonight the team will take their investigation to a number of natural museums in "Ancient History." After a series of heists are reported wherein rare artifacts are stolen, Neal and the rest of the crew try to get to the bottom of it—and probably will, considering it's a TV show.
In "Glass Spider" Arthur sets his sights on bringing Simon in once he realizes Jai was investigating him before his passing. But Annie, hoping to help protect the man she's fallen for, offers to bring him in on her own. Will she complete the job, or run back to Cuba with her boy toy?
SEASON FINALE, 10pm, HBO
Hard Knocks: Training Camp With the Miami Dolphins
It's over, which means: Football season must be underway! In tonight's finale the Dolphins will close out their preseason schedule with a game against the Cowboys. Not only that, but the coaches will also be under the gun to make their final roster cuts of the season. Sounds like it's game time, alright!
