What to Watch Tonight: The Returns of Pretty Little Liars, Franklin & Bash, and The Glee Project

What to watch on Tuesday, June 5...

Feels like this won't happen very often, but there's some surprisingly decent television on tonight! It helps that a number of scripted dramas are returning in addition to one or two not-terrible reality shows (not so fast, Jenny McCarthy). But don't take my word for it:

Pretty Little Liars
The long wait is finally over as America's favorite beautiful, small-sized fibbers return for a third season! In "It Happened That Night," the ladies reunite after a long summer of getting over Mona's secret and Maya's death. And then, of course, another "surprising event" shocks the whole town! Poor town.

Love in the Wild
Brand-new host Jenny McCarthy will be presiding over the wildin' out singletons this summer as Love in the Wild gears up for a second (and hopefully improved) season. In the first challenge, the cast will be split into teams of three and they'll have to wade through snake-infested waters while also obviously trying to look attractive to members of the opposite sex! Can they do it? Probably. Wet models tend to look good regardless of snakes.

Rizzoli & Isles
Your favorite team of lady detectives returns tonight, but their partnership is a bit worse for wear. In "What Doesn't Kill You," Maura's still feeling a little raw after the shooting of her biological father. Elsewhere Jane's in hot water after internal affairs learns of her on-the-job romance with Agent Dean. Aw, internal affairs just jealous!

Franklin & Bash
Brotorneys-at-law Franklin & Bash return for a second season of chicks n' briefs! First on the docket: "Strange Brew" in which Peter and Jared try to nab a big beverage company for a client and possibly get promoted because of it. Meanwhile Peter hits on a cop, obviously.

SEASON 2 PREMIERE, 10pm, Oxygen
The Glee Project
Our night of premieres also includes the return of The Glee Project, one of the few reality competitions that actually propels its winners to certain stardom! Tune in tonight as fourteen contestants face a challenge related to individuality and perform Whitesnake's "Here I Go Again," possibly in front of Lea Michele. So, yeah. If any of those factors appeal to you, don't miss this!
