What to Watch Tonight: White Collar, Pretty Little Liars, and Covert Affairs

What to watch on Tuesday, July 10...

Good morning night owls, early risers, and sleepy time tea drinkers! Welcome to Tuesday, the newest day of all the days. It may seem like a familiar place, but I swear you've never been here before. Step right up and embrace it, folks! Do something you've never done before ...or watch something you've never watched before—that's a slightly less daunting challenge, eh? But still a challenge worth accepting! Let me help you peruse your options. Here's your TV line-up for tonight:

8pm, ABC Family
Pretty Little Liars
After last week's hiatus, we are happy to see these little lying sons of—er, daughters of... well, actually, their parents aren't so bad. Anyway, these girls are trouble and we're glad they're back. Tonight, Jenna throws a birthday bash and the girls are certain that "A" will make an appearance. Spencer stalks Garrett, who takes a trip to visit his sick mother after getting out of jail, and a still heartbroken Hanna discovers something huge. High school is so complicated.

2012 Tour de France
For those of you who have been sleeping soundly while the Tour de France airs live—surprise! The Tour de France is happening right now. Even you avid cycling fans may have found it difficult to follow the race live, thanks to timezones, zombie attacks, and—well, mostly just timezones. NBC Sports feels ya. So they decided to host a two-and-a-half hour recap to catch us all up on the best, most pivotal moments in the race thus far. It's like they're feeding us dessert without making us eat all our vegetables first. Hooray!

Trust Us With Your Life
Improv. We just can't shake it, can we? ABC is bringing the comedic medium back to prime time, but with a twist: In Trust Us With Your Life, celebrity guests are invited on stage to describe any event they remember from their past. That's not the funny part, don't worry. The magic happens when the show's improvisers attempt to re-enact those celebrity stories. Personally, I'll be tuning in for host Fred Willard, but tonight's premiere episodes will feature Serena Williams and The Osbournes, so feel free to tune in for them, too.

White Collar
In the Season 4 premiere, "Wanted," Neal and Mozzie are on the run from a bounty hunter, but Peter hopes he can intercept them first. I figure that shouldn't be too hard. I mean, I can only assume all Neal has to do is point those piercing blue eyes toward the sky and it's basically the bat signal. "Here we are, Peter!"

Covert Affairs
Annie Walker's return to television in "Hang on to Yourself" may not be quite as carefree as she'd prefer. When she and her team wind up in unfamiliar territory, they must do all that they can not to crack. I'm not really sure what this "unfamiliar territory" entails, but I'm open to suggestions. Right now I'm leaning toward "gorilla attack." I'm probably right.
