Ricky Whittle has said he would like to
be the first black Bond
The actor, who has finished his final scenes as Hollyoaks' Calvin Valentine, revealed his dream following reports that the movie franchise is in crisis.
He told Loose Women: "I wanted to be the first black Bond. Why not? We had the first blond Bond. Daniel Craig has been amazing. He did look good."
Despite his admiration for the most recent Bond, Ricky's favourite was Sean Connery.
"He was more cheeky and it was very un-PC. He was very animalistic. But nowadays I think Daniel Craig has got it bang on. He's lovely with the ladies but he's that cold, calculated killer as well. I think he's done fantastic."
