Ah, summer, bearer of sunny days, balmy nights, and lots of reality TV. Here's what's coming up in July.
Monday, July 5
Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations Season 7 premiere, 10 p.m., TRAVEL
He's the most unreserved guy you will ever meet.
Tuesday, July 6
Warehouse 13 Season 2 premiere, 9 p.m., Syfy
More supernatural artifacts, more face time with the attractive people who wrangle them.
Wednesday, July 7
The Choir series premiere, 10 p.m., BBC America
Choirmaster Gareth Malone is the pied piper of choirs—and in this new reality show, he's going to try to assemble choirs wherever he goes.
Thursday, July 8
Big Brother Season 12 premiere, 8 p.m., CBS
(plus Sundays and Wednesdays at 8 p.m. thereafter)
It really isn't summer without Julie Chen and a bunch of crazy, attention-starved housemates.
Friday, July 9
Eureka Season 4 premiere, 9 p.m., Syfy
Shhhh! Don't tell anyone where all the geniuses are living!
Haven series premiere, 10 p.m., Syfy
This new show is based on Stephen King's novella The Colorado Kid, so it's gonna be a bit freaky. In the pilot, Audrey (Emily Rose) arrives in Haven, Maine to solve a murder—and ends up meeting a bunch of supernaturally gifted people.
Saturday, July 10
The Bridge series premiere, 8 p.m., CBS
It's the new Flashpoint—and by that, I mean a new cop show broadcast on both American and Canadian channels. This one follows Frank Leo (Aaron Douglas), a new police union leader who seeks to eliminate all the corruption on the force.
Sunday, July 11
The Glades series premiere, 10 p.m., A&E
Matt Passmore stars as Jim, a cop who gets kicked off the Chicago force after being accused of sleeping with his captain's wife. So he heads to Florida to join the state police force. Warning: This may be a ripoff of Justified, but with fewer hats.
Children's Hospital series premiere, 10:30 p.m., Adult Swim
Ken Marino + Megan Mullally + Henry Winkler + a bunch of other funny people + a satrical children's hospital = good times.
Monday, July 12
The Closer Season 6 premiere, 9 p.m., TNT
Deputy Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson (Kyra Sedgwick) is back—and more importantly, so is her sass.
Rizzoli & Isles series premiere, 10 p.m., TNT
Angie Harmon returns to the TV cop world as Jane Rizzoli, one half of the titular crime-solving duo in this new show based on the mystery novel series. Sasha Alexander stars as her partner, Dr. Maura Isles, and Lorraine Bracco plays her mother, Angela.
Tuesday, July 13
White Collar Season 2 premiere, 9 p.m., USA
Matt Bomer, a.k.a. one-third of USA's man-candy trio, is back for another season of playing a con-man-gone-good. And that's a good thing.
Covert Affairs series premiere, 10 p.m., USA
USA keeps crankin' out the two-word-named dramas—hopefully this one scores, too! Piper Perabo plays Annie Walker, a new CIA agent sent out into the field to train with a blind officer, Auggie Anderson (Christopher Gorham).
Wednesday, July 14
Psych Season 5 premiere, 10 p.m., USA
Shawn (James Roday) and Gus (Dule Hill) are back to read minds and solve crimes—while having a little fun along the way.
Chasing Mummies series premiere, 10 p.m., HISTORY
This new reality show follows spunky archaeologist Zahi Hawass as he goes on digs and searches for mummies all across Egypt.
Tuesday, July 20
Mind Games series premiere, 10 p.m., ABC
This five-part series examines real situations in which "reality" gives way to fantasy, as when people live a double life, or when police play games to get suspects to confess.
Saturday, July 24
Being Human Season 2 premiere, 10 p.m., BBC America
This show is kinda like Dead Like Me—except by "dead," I mean "undead" like Edward and "werewolfy" like Jacob.
Sunday, July 25
Mad Men Season 4 premiere, 10 p.m., AMC
It's the one we're all waiting for, folks. Hopefully Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce has graduated from that little hotel room operation by now.
My Boys Season 4 premiere, TBS
Just a little show about a girl... and her boys.
Tuesday, July 27
Masterchef series premiere, 9 p.m., FOX
Guess what? Gordon Ramsay has another cooking show! This one's kinda like Top Chef, but with more anger.
Wednesday, July 28
Plain Jane series premiere, 9 p.m., CW
Fashion expert Louise Roe helps "ordinary-looking" girls improve their style and find the confidence to go out with their secret crushes.
Thursday, July 29
Project Runway Season 8 premiere, 9 p.m., LIFETIME
The show returns to New York, and each episode will now be 90 minutes long—let's hope Heidi and the gang can make it work.
Jersey Shore Season 2 premiere, 10 p.m., MTV
Bienvenidos a Miami! A freshly spray-tanned Snooki, joins The Situation and the rest of the Shore kids in Florida for another round of ridiculousness. Cannot. Wait.
Friday, July 30

Get ready to meet Georgia's most bitchiest bridezillas!

Project Runway is 90 minutes long! It's going to blow-up my Tivo. To many chances for schedule conflicts.

Eureka
PSYCH!! woohoo!
white collar and warehouse 13 are the ones i will be watching
Jersey Shore it is hilarious how they act
My Boys!!!!! its so funny. watch it
White Collar, Eureka and Warehouse 13 are my favorite returning shows. And also I give a try to two new shows: Haven and Covert Affairs.
PSYCH! it's what I wait for all summer.
Haven and Covert Affairs. SyFy needs a new hit with more weirdness and a little less humor (without being as dark as Caprica) while USA seems to have found a winning formula and this one sound's intriguing. To OpieMoore: Season 2 of "Being Human" has already concluded.......in the UK. On BBC America, it's just about to start. This is fairly normal for British shows and, apparently, only Doctor Who and Torchwood have shorter lag-times between their BBC and BBC America runs.
I am really looking forward to the new Mad Men series, hope it's not too long before we get it in the UK - would also love to have Big Brother USA here
jersey shore and my boys
Jersey Shore !!
As far as return show premiere it would be Closer..I love that show. As for a new show Rizzoli & Isles. I really like Angie Harmon. Been waiting for Sasha Alexander to return to a tv show since I watched her on NCIS. I loved her on that one, hated when she left. The previews looks good for Rizzoli and Isles.
Are you sure "Being Human" is starting it's 2nd Season, STEPHANIE LEE?
According to you very own website, www.tv.com , Season 2 has already started months ago. Check your info if you could because Im curious about this show now and if Im needing to catch up on previous episodes, I would like to know what I have ahead of me.
Thanks!
I hate Tuesdays!! I have at 9 pm: Warehouse 13, Hawthorne, White Collar. At 10 pm I have: Rescue Me, Covert Affairs, Memphis Beat and this is just during the summer!! I need TiVo badly.
Being Hyman, Eureka, Psych and Warehouse 13 are returning- YEAH! Ready to give Covert Affairs and Haven a try, too.
The Closer, White Collar, Project Runway (if Canada gets Lifetime), Rizzoli & Isles - no reality.
Glades, Rizzoli & Isles
project runway...yesssssssssss
White Collar!!!!!
Mad Men and The Closer
Warehouse 13 by far... But where the hell is Weeds Season 6?
Eureka and Warehouse 13
PSYCH!!!!! Definitely one of the most underrated shows on TV. White collar looks really good, but I need to watch the first season, and Haven sounds interesting.

Big Brother! and Project Runway
Thank you SO MUCH for including Psych! I sincerely believe it is THE most underrated show on TV today. But your information on the premier date is incorrect - Season 5 premiers on July 14, NOT July 21.Texasartchick
PSYCH is coming back the 14th! NOT the 21st! get your days straight!!
Love Psych so glad it's coming back already, no more having to wait!!!
I really love Sasha Alexander, but does the world really need another crime-solving duo of any description??
Can't wait for the 5th season of Psych.
TNT: Always happy when The Closer returns and since I'm a fan of the book series I'm also looking forward to Rizzoli & Isles.
USA: White Collar, Psych and now Covert Affairs.
SYFY: Warehouse 13, Eureka and now Haven.
CBS: The Bridge will get a look.
A&E: The Glades will too.
Summer's looking good.
no doubt white collar and psych!!
Yes! Big Bro! My guilty pleasure
White Collar !!!
MadMen of course;)
Seas. 5 of "Psych" begins July 14, not July 21... Also "Hannah Montana" premieres it's final season on July 11.Most importantly as far as I'm concerned is the return of "Mad Men". Yay! I've also marked the premieres of "Haven" and "The Closer" in my calender. If I hadn't seen "Being Human" that would have been almost as important as "Mad Men" though :)
