A great kids show. hide « show »

This was a pretty great childrens television series. This was a science show that ran for 15 years on the Public Broadcasting Service. The hosts would show kids how and why things worked. They would have guests from various aspects of life come in and explain items that they used. DuPunt and 3M companies were the two big sponsers. This show was nominated and won several awards for television excellence. These awards included an Emmy and the A.A.A.S. Science Journalism Award. This was a show way ahead of its time. It would fit nicely into The Discovery Channel even today. Hopefully this will come out on DVD soon.
