Nick Searcy was born in Cullowhee, North Carolina.
He attended the North Carolina School of Arts, and went on to graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Nick has appeared in many films including Cast Away, The War, The Fugitive, One Hour Photo, Paradise Falls, When Love kills, and many others. He has acted in several off-Broadway plays, and regional theatres in productions such as Guys And Dolls, Cabaret and Jesus Christ Superstar.

In a 2005 movie Cold Storage (an indie horror movie), Nick stars along side Joelle Carter and Matt Keeslar. He plays a lonely bachelor looking for love from a girl he meets on the highway... The only problem is, she dead!
