Just a quick note really to wish all contributors and readers of the Nip/Tuck episode guide a Happy Holidays! May you all have a peaceful and wonderful time!

Well, the show has gone on a three-week hiatus for the festive season (I don't think FX could broadcast the show on Christmas Day- might be a bit much) but the remaining six episodes will be shown starting with Episode 9, 'Rachel Ben Natan' on Tuesday January 15 2008. Cannot wait.

It goes without saying, but I'll say it anyway- my computer access will be kind of limited over the next week or so as I'm visiting my folks so there may be a slight delay in dealing with any submissions.

Anyway, hope you all have a lovely time!

Hi there,

Some of you may know me, some of you won't but- due to dhomp stepping down and me being next in line- I've been appointed editor of Nip/Tuck. Just in time for the new season to start!

Firstly, a big thanks to dhomp for all the hard work gone into the guide already. It's work I'm seeking to continue to make this one of the most comprehensive and high-quality guides on TV.com.

Perhaps the most important thing I wanted to say is that I'm based in the UK. Getting the new episodes is not a problem; however, please be aware there may be a slight delay in dealing with submissions. As soon as is humanly possibly, I will deal with them (I know that there's a certain turnaround time if the show is in the Top 10).

I'm not looking to appoint any Trusted Users at the moment but that may change as the season goes on.

Please be patient with me to begin with- this is my first major editorship and the first editorship of a show that's still running.

Looking forward to the new season- I'm not convinced the move to Los Angeles is the best thing for the show, but it'll be interesting nonetheless.
