Noel is an American soap opera director and producer. Maxam started working on daytime in 1997 as the associate director for "The Young and the Restless" and kept the position until 1999 when he started directing episodes, and kept that position until 2007. As of September 2007, Noel serves as the director and producer of "Days of our Lives."
