Mildred: I insinuated myself on AMANDA the giant neutrino telescope.

The Antarctic Muon and Neutrino Detector Array or AMANDA is an deep ice telescope designed to look for high energy neutrinos from astronomic point sources in the Antarctic ice. It was replaced by the IceCube project in 2005. (edit) Mildred: We used the steam tunnels to play Dungeons and Dragons when I was an undergrad.

Dungeons & Dragons is a fantasy roleplaying game, designed by Gary Gygax and Dave Arneson. Originally derived from miniature wargames D&D is widely regarded as the beginning of modern role-playing games and by extension, the entire role-playing game industry. However since D&D is a table-top game Mildred's statement that they used the steam tunnels indicated she was playing a form of LARP, (Live Action Role-Playing) in which players take on the characters from the game and physically interact.
