"Ain't that America" is a line from John Mellencamp's song "Little Pink Houses" released in 1984. (edit) Nick's agent refers to the women in Nick's life as Hannah Anna, Pizza Longstocking, and Aubrey Hepburn. Hannah Anna is Pollyanna, a character from a series of children's books by Eleanor Porter. Pizza Longstockings is Pippi Longstocking, a fictional character in children's books by Astrid Lindgren. And Aubrey Hepburn is actress and fashion icon Audrey Hepburn.
