In drama school since the age of four, and professionally acting at 13, Hussey didn't actually become famous until she was 16 when she was chosen out of 800 girls as Juliet in Franco Zeffirelli's "Romeo and Juliet" in 1968. She followed up with a supporting role in a minor British film.
But although she was such a sensation is both the UK and the US, her marriages and divorces were sticky business. There are conflicting reports about the dates of her marriage to Dino's son, Dean Paul Martin. Either way, they divorced in 1978. She soon married British pop star, Paul Ryan, whom she'd been briefly engaged to ten years before. After that divorce, she was married to another singer, Akira Fuse from '80 to '87, and then again in '91, this time to hard rocker David Eisley of the group Dirty White Boy. She has three kids-sons by Martin and Fuse, and a daughter by Eisely.
