While holding a vigil at her coma-stricken son's bedside, Karen meets her Lucas' new girlfriend and learns that Deb and Dan are getting divorced. Most shocking of all, Karen is horrified to discover that Keith had been drinking before driving at the time of the accident. Meanwhile, Nathan tries to win Haley back after she dumps him. Poor Lucas! :( At least he's OK. I feel bad for Haley, finding out that Nathan started dating Haley to get back at Lucas. :( Peyton is about to tell Brooke about Lucas and they learn he's in the hospital. Sophia Bush is an amazing actress! She finally meets Karen, though. =] Karen finds out Keith was drinking! Great episode!
This episode was a great episode because Dan showed his feelings. It also shows that Brooke really has big feelings for Lucas and she cares so much about him that she decides to meet his mother. This was a very well written episode. hide show
I Shall Believe is the thirteenth episode of the first season and the whole series. It was a very good episode. I like the fact that in this episode Brooke showed her real feelings about Brooke to her mother-in-law, Karen. I also like that fact that Nathan wants to get Haley back and I like the fact that this episode is named after a song Bethany Joy Galleotti (Haley) sings. Well the thing from this episode that I hate is that Karen gets mad at Keith for drinking in the accident even though she has the right to be mad. Well this isn't the best episode but it's an okay episode.
loved this episode it was an all rounder it made us cry well me at least and it was very emotional episode i loved all the scenes with brooke she did an amazing job and it was just a perfect epis ode not much more to say x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x
Lucas is unconcious. Karen finds out a lot about what has happened, like Brooke as Lucas's girlfriend, Deb and Dan's divorce, and the most shocking to her, Keith's drinking and driving at the time of the accident. Keith tries to help by paying for Karen. Nathan tries to win back Haley after she dumps him. She found out his first reason for tutoring-making Lucas mad. He says he's changed because of her. Peyton has a really hard time with Brooke. She feels weird around her. Brooke says that she is crazy about Lucas.
This episode was absolutely amazing! Even though Lucas had small scenes, every moment was gripping! I feel extremely bad for Brooke. I love her now and I really hate to see her when she finds out about Lucas and Peyton. All the talk of being crazy about him and stuff really makes it harder. I was happy to see Karen back after her very brief appearance in the last episode. I'm glad Haley took Nathan back. It was really emotional when Haley went to see Lucas. This episode gets a 10!
