This is a sweater from the not-for-profit organization called To Write Love on Her Arms. Their mission is to bring hope to suicidal teens and young adults. (edit) In previous episodes, Dan's middle name has been credited as Robert, however in this episode when Lucas is reading a letter from the parole board Dan's full name reads Daniel L. Scott. (edit) When Lucas is checkin Quentin's hand, you can see a tattoo on his right wrist, the word 'R E L A X'.

If you think about it, when Lucas is stressed, or anyone for that matter, they rub their hands through their hair, with their wrists going in front of their eyes.
