Owen is an American soap opera director and editor. His first daytime job was on "One Life to Live" as the Editor from 2000 to 2001. In 2003, he joined the crew of "General Hospital" as the director and is still working on the show. He also directed a few episodes of the "General Hospital" spin-off "General Hospital: Night Shift" in 2007. He won three Directors Guild Awards for.
