Country singer Jimmy Don cavorts with yet another groupie. This one, named Missy, finishes the task at hand and uses the opportunity to addition her singing talents. Jimmy throws her out of his room. Disgusted, Jimmy calls his manager, Erwin, and tries to quit the business. Erwin suggests he take a break at Passion Cove instead.
Sidestepping a female limo driver Jimmy retreats to the beach house. From his bedroom window her spies the beautiful pool girl, Angela. Angela strips and dives into the pool. When she doesn’t immediately emerge Jimmy races to the pool intending to rescue a drowning woman. Immediately Angela reacts violently beating off her intended savior.
Realizing that she doesn’t recognize him her lies and tells her he is the handyman. Angela, now fully clothed begins to relax. She tells him she hasn’t been able to fix the pool filter and Jimmy suggests the problem may be with the pump. He offers to try to fix it and successfully accomplishes the task ingratiating him to Angela. He then invites her to spend the weekend and reluctantly accepts.
Meanwhile Erwin is enjoying the fruits of being connected to a famous singer, a scene which has nothing to do with the story line but offers Crystal Craft as Babe the opportunity to exhibit her very poor breast enhansment. Back at Paradise Cove Jimmy and Angela are back in the pool together, enjoying themselves far more than they had on their previous swim.
An unfortunate remark Angela makes about the National Enquirer puts Jimmy on the defensive and when Angela sees his guitar case he lies and hides his fame. Although Angela guesses the truth she doesn’t press the issue and when she snaps a picture of Jimmy in the buff he gets defensive and accuses her of working for the tabloids. Angered Angela grabs he things and leaves. Jimmy seems to want her to stay so he tells her s=who he is and is shocked to learn that she still doesn’t know anything about him or his fame.
Angela learns more about Jimmy from a trade magazine. Jimmy searches for Angela unsuccessfully even trying Samantha as a source, the next day Jimmy is leaving Passion cove. The limo driver experiences engine trouble and Jimmy gets out to see if he can help. Who is the driver but Angela? They embrace and since Jimmy has checked out of the beach house reunite in the back of the limo.
