With the recommendation of their marriage counselor, Linda and Frank spend a weekend together at Passion Cove. But Linda is unable to forget Frank’s unfaithfulness. Linda knew going in that this was a long shot.
Their time together is interrupted by another couple who a year ago spent their honeymoon in the beach house. Linda goes back to bed and leaves the visitors for Frank to handle. Making an excuse, the young man named John creeps up to Linda’s bedroom and surprises her in her bath. Meanwhile Frank and Mindy sit by the pool and Frank invites her and John to stay and swim.
Linda comes out of her bath and finds John in her room. Nonplussed she hits on him but he turns her down. John rejoins Mindy and Frank by the pool and Frank reiterates his invitation for the couple to stay at the resort for dinner. John and Mindy find their way to what was their honeymoon suite and relive their time together just one year ago.
The two couples dine together. Linda tells the younger couple about one of their anniversary experiences. His description has a biting tone but John and Mindy ignore the irony.
After dinner Linda and Mindy wash the dishes when John asks where the recycling goes. Linda leads him out with more that recycling on her mind. Over John’s objections Linda again starts hitting on him.
Franks is reading by the pool when Mindy takes him up on the offer to swim. Quickly she disrobes and dives into the cool water of the pool. She invites Frank to join her and although he hesitates at first finally he joins her. Linda warns Mindy that Frank likes younger women, but declines an invitation to join them in the pool. Frank invites Mindy and John to spend the night and offers Linda’s room so they can relive their honeymoon.
Linda and Frank are forced to sleep together and their pillow talk leads to Linda’s admission that she had tried to seduce John. One thing leads to another and the estranged couple find the passion they were looking for when they came to the resort.
The next morning the two copulating couples meet in the dinette. The younger couple head for the beach, Frank and Linda head off to the rest of their life…together
