Lt. Colonel Bill Kelly takes over the Sea Dragons, a 4 person unit consisting of a fighter pilot, a helo (helicopter) pilot, an electronics specialist and an explosives expert. And he tries to reconnect with his estranged teen age daughter. In season two the show was revamped and only Kelly's character remained. He took over a unit training fighter pilots and the show used elements the movies...

add »When fears of a terrorist attack cause a special exercise to be delayed, the assassin sneaks away and becomes a threat to Kelly and Hammer. Kate returns, considering another's marriage proposal when she gets no encouraging signs from Kelly. Spoon and Ice's relatonship heats up to the point that Kelly says one of them will have to be reassigned elsewhere.
