Documentary-maker Roy Mallard makes fly-on-the-wall films about Britain�s unsung professionals - 'people like us'. The fact that he's not too sensitive to the mood of the people he interviews, is linguistically challenged and struggles to blend into the background mean he more often that not, brings out the more ridiculous aspects of his subjects' character.

After a quick lesson on how aeroplanes fly, Roy boards a flight between London and Paris with Captain Paul Connors. Roy isn't too keen on flying, unfortunately, this only becomes apparent once the plane has taken off.
