AJ holds the title Lady Courtenay due to her marriage to lawyer Charles Peregrine Courtenay, Lord Courtenay, who is the son of the 18th Earl of Devon. When his father dies, Charles will inherit his father's title and his family's ancestral home, Powderham Castle in England, where he and AJ plan to live.
