  • Quotes

    • Abby Wilde: (when asked if she actually has Stacey's lisp) No, that's not how I talk in real life. I was asked to do the lisp for the callback for the role, and learned it from listening to a character with the same impediment on another show. The lisp is fairly easy to do, but it's never been my actual voice.

    • Abby Wilde: (when asked how she fits everything into her life) Right now, that's not too much of a problem for me. I get a lot of work done, and then between jobs I have enough time for school (or play). Theoretically, by the time I get sick of that, a new job begins, and the cycle continues. I'm actually looking forward to the point when I can just jump from one project to the next, but it doesn't always work out that way.

    • Abby Wilde: (when asked what was next for her) Principal photography on my first feature, Family of Four has just completed, and I'm SO PSYCHED! I learned a ton. The film is set to complete post-production sometime in May, but there's no telling yet when and where it will premiere. Definitely not a kids' movie, though. Anyway, now I'm on the lookout for the next project to jump on to.

    • Abby Wilde: (when asked if she really had a crush on Matthew Underwood) He's a great guy and a wonderful actor to work with, and I've got to say it was tons of fun to act completely psychotically obsessed with him, but we're actors, and just friends.

    • Abby Wilde: (when asked when fans can see her new movie Family of Four) It's an independent film, and what that means is that we go to all the trouble of making the film, and THEN go around to studios and try to get them to buy the distributing rights. I do know that they're aiming to complete post-production sometime in May, so hopefully it won't be too long after that.
