Forums: Adam Baldwin Board: How do you like John Casey?

I think it's good to see Adam on a show that seems to be somewhat of a hit. I like the character John Casey. He has some of the best one liners on the show. In Chuck VS the Hard Salami Casey hands Chuck a single red rose. When Chuck questions what's it for he says "No it's so you can get laid." Hope it gets renewed for a second season.

I like Casey and it's good to see Adam on television again. I'm glad NBC ordered a back nine of Chuck to bring it up to a full season, assuming the writer's strike gets settled in enough time to write more this season. If that doesn't happen, at least there will be 9 episodes order for the second season.

Chuck is my new favorite show hands-down, and Casey is my favorite character in it, I'm glad the show had an episode about Casey's love life, just to show he isn't completely cold. I hope it goes on for a while, i would be depressed if it didn't.

I'm just sad we won't have more episodes for awhile because of the strike.

I love that the writers saw how great he can be. They could have just had him hard and work-focused like in the pilot (and like his character on Angel), but his character has moved on to be comic relief, love interest, and sarcastic wild card. I love it. He's so talented.
