Adam A. Labuan Jr., also known as “Baby Boo” by his dearest friends has been seen and heard throughout the Los Angels and San Diego area. From Films such as “The Mighty Ducks 2” to television appearances on “Mad about you” and “The Wayans Bros show”. Adam’s solo performances are an amazingly smooth and heart felt experience that is best described as “Honey and Soul”. With a voice ranging from the bass bops of Blackstreet’s “No Diggity” to the crystal clear rays of golden sunshine singing Stevie Wonder’s “Ribbon in the sky”, Adam changes the definition of “accappella” from “.. In the church style of unaccompanied voices” to a full body vocal concert of rhythm, melody and soul. The clearest example of which is his transformation into the late great Luther Vandross. Adam takes you into the passion and spirit that continues to flow from the sweet sounds of the immortal “Luther”. When combined with the singing talents of the doo wop group Jondo, and Nile river music’s Bryant Woodert, it is clear to see why for the last three years in a row, Sea World of California has been proud to showcase these vocalist six nights a week, all summer long! Look for Adam A. Labaud Jr, the gentlemen from Jondo and Nile river music at the L.A. County fair, Disneyland, Sea World San Diego and throughout Southern California.
Joy, passion, spirit, soul….. Adam.
