Adam Savage

Adam loves to build stuff. When he gets drunk (for science) he honestly laughs at, "What's red and smells like blue paint?" Adam asks, "What?" Kari says "Red paint." And Adam cracks up while Jamie gives a chuckle. Everything about Adam contributes to the Mythbusters' popularity. That and the explosions, humor, censorship, and science made fun made Mythbusters last 7 great seasons so far. How far will they go? Hopefully, far 'till the end of time! Mythbusters fans will treasure every moment of this show when it ends. But, their not mourning yet! You rock, Adam! And everyone else, too!

Adam seems to be one half mad scientist and one half kid. He is probably the person who'll make you laugh the most, whether he's making a fool out of himself by doing things against common sense, failing miserably in his constant competitions against Jamie, being random, or voicing exactly what we viewers are thinking ("That was excellent! I mean, it didn't do anything, but it looked really cool!"). He makes a great co-star with Jamie Hyneman, who in stark contrast is usually serious and likes his shop to be clean. It's very amusing seeing the two working, arguing, and getting pissed at each other.

My family and I hunt alot and have heard often people saying to be careful handeling the bullets because if you drop it, it can fire. It's happened to me a lot and it has never happened to me before. Everytime I do drop one I still hold my breathe not knowing if it can actually be fired just by hitting the ground. I'm sure it's a long shot as it probably has to hit perfectly on the spot. Maybe if it hits a rock or something, but is the force of gravity even enough to be able to get it to fire?

the myth is is that a single person cannot drink a gallon of milk in one hour. if he or she trys to drink it all at once in one try they throw up. if he or she trys to spread out the drinking he or she still throws up. and me and my friends dont have anyone else to try this becuase every we know, knows they will throw up if they try this, so if you could try and bust this myth for us because were tired of throwing up. if you did it would put a 5 year myth of ours for rest.

Four words - "I Love Adam Savage".He creates such a humorous vibe. He is amazing at his job of hosting Mythbusters.He is smart,funny and can also be serious at times.His freckles,orange hair and funny t-shirts are just part of what I love about Mythbusters. but no one better to lift your spirits than Mr. Adam Savage himself. Adam to me is one of thy best people in the whole Tv shows. He can create many ideas and make brand new inventions like a hovering machine! Hes also one of the funniest people on Mythbusters. Adam likes talking like a pirate and makes a fool out of himself... Reminds me of well, me! He makes everything funner. Also likes to drive Jamie mad at times but hes still cool! In my opinion, Adam Savage is one of the funniest guys on television today. This guy makes jokes like ther is no tomorrow! Most of his jokes are placed on MythBusters, which is a TV show on the Discovery Channel. Adam's main job today is testing myths on MythBusters with his friend, Jamie Hyneman. A few times on the show he will get hurt, but he usually has a lot of fun doing whatever he has to do. He just seems to have a great personality. He is usually always fun to watch on television and he can really crack you up with some funny remark about something. He's just hilarious.

Although he occasionaly tries too hard, he is amazing. The show revolves around him. Not only is he funnier than Jamie, he seems more knowledgeable about the science involved in this mythbusting that he does. He also takes a lot of abuse from all of his fellow mythbusters, but he takes it well and makes the show funnier because of it. He often has far better inventions than Jamie, and when he messes up he comes right out and admits defeat. If there were more Adam Savages in the world, our homes would be far weirder, creepier and all around cooler places!

Adam Savage as his Biography on this site proves, that he is a muti-talented individual who has a knack of thinking on his feet. While his impressive biography dose shows his success in the his line of work it is only one-dimensional, that does not show his personality as the show dose. And if you just only read that you won’t get the full picture of him, like you do the show.

Adam personality really shines in MythBusters with the fact that it has the type of environment in which it thrives. For it allows him to be himself whenever it be may be, to ham it up, spit out enjoyable one-liners that seem to hit square in the face, or even injury himself for the enjoyment of the fans or even the producer of the show.

While I, myself have never meet Adam personally, and highly doubt that I would. I have heard from people that have meet him and even himself that he a very approachable down to Earth, individual that wouldn’t mine talking to fans. Hearing make me happy with the fact that he knows that fans of a show is what make it last long and that if you alienate your fans they have a nasty habit of killing your show. Because a good majority of stars of hit shows will push you off and not want to talk to you no matter what.
