    • Sessler's final episode of X-Play was aired April 25, 2012. It is still unknown as to why he departed G4.

    • Adam, along with his X-Play Co-Host Morgan Webb, was listed as one of the "Gaming's Top 50 Journalists of 2006" according to the webzine Next Generation.
    • Adam appeared on the DOOM movie DVD release. He can be found doing an interview in the bonus feature called "DOOM Nation". He is featured, in separate interviews, with his X-Play Co-Host Morgan Webb and fellow G4 personality Kevin Pereira.

    • As of April 7, 2006, Adam and his X-Play Co-host Morgan Webb became the only regular G4 on-air talent remaining with ties to TechTV. This is due to the announcement of Attack of the Show (formally TechTV's The Screen Savers) Co-hosts Sarah Lane and Brendan Moran engagement and subsequent leaving from AotS on the April 6th episode Candice Michelle, Simon Hallam (6050).
    • Sessler's show X-play has undergone three name changes: GameSpot TV (1998-2001) Extended Play (2001-2003) and X-Play (2003-Present).
    • Adam is very vocal, especially on his review show, about his distaste of video games based on card battle games like Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokemon.
    • While his show X-Play was on TechTV, Sessler wore shirts from his own wardrobe. When the network merged with G4, policies were created stating that all talent would be supplied with stock wardrobe.
    • In 2005, with popular games like Grant Theft Auto: San Andreas causing controversy, sex in video games became a hot topic. G4 had Sessler host a special to discuss "Sex in Video Games" with a panel consisting of game developers and parents.
    • Adam is one of the G4 networks on location on-air personalities. When there is a major launch of a video game system or a major video gaming event (E3, Toyko Game Show), Adam is there to cover it.

    • In 2005, during the X-play episode that aired April 1st, Sessler was absent from the show and Morgan had numerous G4 personalities as Co-Host. Morgan announced that Adam was leaving the show to host his own talk show called Meet the Sess. Many fans were confused and flooded the G4 forums with questions. Sessler later publicly announced that it was an April Fool's joke, yet months after the announcement viewers continued to write to the show asking if he was really leaving and when the new show would air.
    • Adam was one of only six TechTV main on-air talents to survive the massive layoffs resulting from the May 2004 merger of G4 and TechTV. The others were Sarah Lane, Chi-Lan Lieu, Brendan Moran, Kevin Rose, and Morgan Webb.
