Addie is an American soap opera writer. She started working on daytime in 1982 as a breakdown writer for "Texas." In 1983, she joined the crew of "Guiding Light" as a script writer, a job that lasted until 1986, when she was hired as a Co-Head Writer of "Search for Tomorrow" during it's final episodes. From 1987 to 1991 Addie was working as an associate head writer of "One Life to Live," and then she had the same position on "Loving" from 1991 to 1993. She was later upgraded to Co-Head Writer of "Loving" during 1993-1994. In 1995, Addie joined the crew of "As the World Turns" as an associate head writer and kept the position until 1999. She was also briefly credited as a Co-Head Writer of the show during 1997. In 1999, Addie joined the crew of "Days of our Lives," but left the show the following year to write for "All My Children," until 2002. Then she returned to "Days of our Lives" during 2002-2003, only to, once again, return back to "All My Children" in July 2003. She is currently still writing for "All My Children."
