    • Adrian Pasdar: (On co-directing with Randall Arney) Co-directing could be a nightmare if you didn't agree about how to do it. We have two completely different approaches -- I'm much more pointed and direct in terms of talking to the actors.
    • Adrian Pasdar: My wife has got these trees from the 50s. These metal trees with the silver things coming out so at first it was hard for me to get my head around not having a real tree in the house. So thats a new thing for me as part of our Christmas, 1950's style Christmas.
    • Adrian Pasdar: My father told me a man can fish for hours, not catch a fish, and be happy, but he can't wait three minutes for his wife to get ready for dinner. There's something about patience I learned there.
    • Adrian Pasdar: (On his audition for 'Heroes') It was a rainy morning, I was late and I had another meeting at Disney. There were a few guys in the room ahead of me. I asked them if I could go ahead because I had a meeting. They said sure. It was one of those moments where as soon as you walk in the door, you just have a really good feeling about what you're about to do. All I knew was I couldn't have done it any better. Whether I get the job or not is often completely out of my hands but sometimes the quality of the audition is the only thing you can really control. I knew I did a dynamite job in there. It was a very short and sweet little scene, but I nailed it.
    • Adrian Pasdar: (How he and Milo created a bond that allows them to act as brothers) Nothing intentional. The bond we share is unique, and would have been forged were we ice fishing in Alaska or baking bread in Bolivia. We just happened to meet up on the set, and a friendship took flight. So to speak…
    • Adrian Pasdar: (On Tim Kring, creator of Heroes) Tim has got something in his head, and I can't purport to understand it. You can open that door, and it's scary in there.
    • Adrian Pasdar: (On the TV show 'Heroes') After reading the pilot, I told them that the politician has to get together with the stripper. That's Drama 101: Put the politician with their biggest liability, the stripper.
    • Adrian Pasdar: I think network television has underestimated the intelligence of viewers for many years. I think the average viewer is much more intelligent than executives give them credit for. They crave intensity and are willing to sit down and watch a quality show.
    • Adrian Pasdar (On Mysterious Ways): As ironic as it sounds, anthropology was my favorite class in college. The show has a great mix of drama and comedy, and the relationship between my character and Peggy has an interesting synergy. It's a real cerebral chemistry between our characters-she's analytical and my character's more ethereal, which is really interesting to watch.
    • Adrian Pasdar: I love directing. It's a different level of focus and a real mental challenge.
    • Adrian Pasdar: I have gotten so out of touch with reality that one day in 1992, I just sold my house at a $200,000.00 loss, moved back East, and put my money into T-bills.
