Ali Larter: (On her feelings about death.} That's another thing--I mean, I was drawn to this because I'm at a stage in life where I'm kind of questioning those things right now, and I wanted to segue that into a character. And I believe that there has to be a better place. With so many children dying in the world, of hunger, of AIDS, I need to believe that they go to a beautiful place and that they're smiling down on us, because I can't rationalize why all of these horrible things happen. And I believe in fate and destiny, too.
