Amy's best friend is Kaley Cuoco.

In 2005, Amy starred in the Hallmark Channel's Original TV movie Annie's Point alongside television veterans Betty White and Richard Thomas. She portrayed 'Ella', a 19-year-old college dropout who agrees to travel cross country with her grandmother (White) in order to spread her grandfather's ashes in a significant spot - "Annie's Point".

Amy is fortunate to surround herself with a tight group of friends and her former 8 Simple Rules family.
