Amy: I had a wonderful teacher in high school who basically insisted that I audition for the National Theatre School of Canada. I thought it was a waste of time.

Amy: I never was inspired to become an actress until I became one.
Amy: (about playing the onscreen wife of Benjamin Bratt on "The Cleaner") It's a dream - an absolute dream. I was at the dog park the other day talking to some ladies and we started talking about what we do. When I said that I worked on the show and told them that Benjamin was my co-star, they wanted to know if I got to kiss him. Yes, I get to kiss Benjamin Bratt. What a terrific job.
