Anjanette Comer is a film and TV actress from Dawson, Texas. Born in 1939, Comer made her television debut in an episode of My Three Sons in 1962. Her work on the program led to a lead role in an episode on the prime-time series, Gunsmoke. In 1964, the actress earned an Emmy nomination for her performance in the TV drama, Arrest and Trial. Comer continued working in television until 1965, the year that she made her feature film debut in the comedy, Quick Before It Melts. Comer worked in motion pictures for the next three years before returning to play minor and major roles on prime-time TV. Her long list of successful performances includes work on the TV shows, Columbo, Mannix, Baretta and Barnaby Jones. Comer landed a job as a regular cast member late in her career on the short-lived television series, Profiler, in 1999. Her 40-year career in show business includes over 60 TV and motion picture credits.
