    • Anna: (on learning she got the part in Power Rangers: Jungle Fury) I was sitting in the middle of a really boring international business lecture (I am half way through a business degree at university) when I had a call from my agent so I ran outside and she told me the wonderful news and I was so excited that i did not go back to the lecture!

    • Anna: (on a typical day in the set of Power Rangers: Jungle Fury) I have my wardrobe call at 545 then its in to the make up room where the gorgeous make up artists do their thing. I usually get there before the boys because I have heaps more make up than them and also much longer hair so I have time for a quick goss before they arrive, then once they do it is madness and the fun begins! We have breakfast and usually start shooting at 7 a quick break for lunch at 12 then shoot until we wrap at about 6 or 7.

    • Anna: (on her hobbies) I love running and swimming and keeping active. Spending time with my family and friends. I love shopping, listening to good music and watching movies. I like going on road trips and exploring. I love spending time at the beach. I enjoy reading and learning new things. I am interested in different cultures and really like travelling.

    • Anna: (on how she decided to pursue a career in acting) I did a bit of modelling when I was younger and have always enjoyed performing. I never really thought being an actress was an achievable goal but when I was 14 I got cast in a New Zealand film and it has just gone from there.

    • Anna: (her advice to younger starting actors) My advice would be to keep your support network close and to keep working hard. Believe in yourself and your ability. Also attending acting classes or scene groups is always a fun idea and a good way to keep practising the craft.

    • Anna: (on her source of inspiration) There are a lot of people I have worked with on past projects who have inspired me and given me great tips and advice. My family are amazing and definitely inspire me.

    • Anna: (on the wardrobe of Go Girls) Some of the outfits were just so stupid, it was funny. You kind of just throw up your hands and go 'whatever'. One of my outfits - that they must have been having a laugh with - was a pink leather mini-dress. It's just the most awful thing, that I would never, never wear.

    • Anna: (on the experience of filming Go Girls) It was a lot of fun and we made great friendships

    • Anna: (on comparing Go Girls and Underbelly)The writing on each show is quite different and the idea behind each show is quite different. Go Girls is a fun, heartfelt series about the trials and tribulations of three girls and their mate Kev. And [Underbelly's] based on true events and is much more serious.

    • Anna: (on her roles in Go Girls and Underbelly) They're really different. I'm very lucky as an actress to be able to do that.

    • Anna: (on shooting Go Girls in the winter compared to filming Underbelly: The Tale of Two Cities in the summer) It's funny, on Go Girls we were shooting in bikinis on Takapuna beach in the freezing cold. Then on this one, I'm wearing fur coats in 40-degree temperatures. I keep thinking, 'Blast! Why couldn't I have had this, then.'

    • Anna: (on her age and having some exagerate it) Everyone wants to me to be really old. But I'm not. There's a lot of funny stuff on the internet. People need to get their facts right.

    • Anna: (on her real life personality) In real life I am a bit of a tomboy. I like the footy and sports. I am more comfortable in running gear than I am in heels, because I usually trip up in them.

    • Anna: (on making the most of every role) I think every role you get is going to be a powerful one. As long as you go in with the mindset of, 'Yeah, I'm going to make the most of this.' So that's the kind of attitude I take into each role that I play.
