With the future of the Wellness Center in jeopardy, Ray and Tanya try to track down Charlie in search of their forty thousand dollars. Matt accuses Jessica of tampering with urine samples at his office, and Lenore's big plan backfires.

Tanya is upset when she learns that she is not invited to Frances and Mike's wedding.Ray reclaims his clients after he breaks Jason's nose, and Tanya gets to know Charlie's sons, who were left in her care.

Tanya discovers that Charlie has skipped bail, and she asks Missy, the mother of Charlie's child, to help locate him. Lenore declares war on Tanya and the Wellness Center, and Sandee tries to position Jason to take Ray's spot. Ray faces concerns about his ability to satisfy women, particularly Jessica.

After Ray spends the night with Kyla, he discovers that she may not be the women he thought she was. Jason's debut at the Wellness Center spurs a competition with Ray, and Charlie helps Tanya ask Jason and Sandee about Ray's missing money.

When Ray's shoebox of cash turns up missing, he confronts his primary suspect: Lenore. Ray's search for the missing cash leads him to a new client named Kayla, and Sandee presents Tanya with an opportunity to expand her business.

After Ray tells Lydia that he is leaving the business, she takes Ray and Tanya on a wild ride. Darby threatens to leave home, and Lenore confronts Jason after he misses a date with a client.

Ray and Tonya try to get of their problematic client, Lydia, but Charlie advises Tanya to keep her happy because she is a police officer. Lenore tries to satisfy Sandee's increasing demands, and Matt and Jessica grow closer.

Ray worries that his cover might be blown when he confuses one of his former students with a client. Tanya finds her self taking care of a convicted felon, and Jess takes a job working at Dr. Matt Kopylov's office, the husband of Ronnie's mistress. Lenore makes a deal with Jason's fiancée, Sandee.

Tanya takes matters into her own hands after Jason steals one of Ray's clients. Lenore discovers some surprising news about Jason. Meanwhile, Jessica tries living on her own, and Charlie asks Tanya for a favor. Ray works with a new client who likes to dress up as a cop.

Ray and Tanya go to the bank in search of a loan to help them open a Wellness Center for Women, which they hope will allow them to take Happiness Consultants to the next level. After numerous rejections, Tanya and Ray convince a loan officer named Judy and her friend Joanie to learn more about their business model by attending Tanya's Orgasmic Living class. Now that he's making more money, Ray invites Jessica to move in with him, but she wants to remain independent. Meanwhile, Lenore has plans for a waiter she meets at a local diner.
