Arden was named after her mother's best friend in high school.

Arden: (on her guest appearance on "Friends") It was cool! It was interesting! It was a show that I had watched a lot so it was exciting to all of a sudden be in the "Friends" apartment. I had watched it and it was very surreal to be on a set of a show that I had watched a lot.
Arden: (referring to a past job as Santa's helper) But one Santa would always fall asleep with kids on his lap and I had to wake him before I took the picture. Meanwhile, the parents were hell-bent on getting the cutest picture possible while the kids could care less. One woman even flashed her breasts at Santa I tell you, we had all kinds of goings-on in Santa Land!
