  • Definitely beats a boring deskjob most of us have. Maybe Mr. Bear would care to let some to tag along and share the experience of the wild in future coming episodes of MvW...

The show is airing its 3rd season now!Doesn't that speak for itself, just great!!! The episodes ive seen have been enthralling thus far. And also kudos to the guy who shoots all of Bear's survival on film for us to see, lets not forget that he obviously does all the surviving too, like Bear.

Some suggestions though for future episode/season,why not let some ordinaries like most of us to tag along and experience first hand and also witness and learn how bear does it.

Some other challenges/venues for consideration yet to survive;1)brazil's amazon, Siberia, Colorado's Rocky mountains, and Iraq sand dunes. Now these would spruce some real survival instinct.

No backpcks, pocket knives, jackets, or other instruments to aid the survival episode, now that would be Purely Man against Wild.

I could watch his series born survivor over and over again, really is an expert at what he does. Nice to see something a bit different on channel 4 rather than panel shows!! Can't stress enough how entertaining and informative his shows are, if you haven't seen any of them you really should!

I mean what could be more entertaining than seeing a man eat a raw zebra, living inside a camel, eating snakes and learning all the important skills it takes to stay alive!

After his 3 year stint in the SAS it is obvious how thorough and informative their training really is.

Watch his show Born Survivor, you never know when it might come in handy.

  • What can I say about this man? He is incredible!

I think what makes Bear's show so realistic is that along with his fearless behavior he also shows a vulnerable side. He never appears overly confident or full of himself. Instead he seems like an average person who happens to have the knowledge and lack of inhibitions to deal with each problem coming his way. His modesty and humility are in perfect balance with his fearlessness and unconquerable determination.

He is a REAL James Bond. He was the youngest man to clib everest. He is sponsored by The North Face. Do you know anyone sponsored by The North Face? Or dives into freezing cold water in the middle of the French Alps just to show his viewers how to get out alive? I think not.

I think its really interesting the amount of knowledge he holds in regard to information concerning his surroundings. Knowledge of different leaves and animals and insects. What trees to use to break and make houses out of, or what kind of shrubbery to burn to prevent getting attacked by insects. It's just amazing to actually witness a real james bond in action.
