He is most famous for his roles in the blockbuster movie 'Titanic', playing the role as the captain of the ship 'Titanic', Edward J. Smith, and for playing the role as 'Théoden, king of Rohan' in the two hit Lord of the Rings Movies 'The Lord of the rings: The Two Towers' and 'The Lord of the Rings: The Return Of The King'. Bernard Hill has also Appeared in many shows on TV such as 'Drowning by Numbers' (in 1988), as well as appearing on stage.
