  • One of the voice actors that voiced Eli Moon in "Cardcaptors".

Bill Switzer is one of the most talented voice actors that voiced Eli Moon in "Cardcaptors". Here, he was like a major role that somehow he replaced Li Showron and became another of Sakura's rivals that caused trouble for her. Luckily, he was helpful on certain episodes. Overall, I rate him a 100%!
  • The great Bill Switzer has voiced some of the best cartoon characters ever to be created, he needs his own forum to shine!

I love seeing/ hearing this man's work. It it Absolutely Always an immense joy! I always fall in love with his characters. Chaud Blaze? Love it! Eli Moon? Harvey Kinkle? All characters easy to fall in love with and vastly different from each other. I am amazed to realize the same actor who created the smooth, reserved voice of Megaman's Chaud Blaze is also responsible for the open, friendly voice of Sabrina's Harvey Kinkle! This is a clear sign he is quite gifted! A lot of voice actors simply produce the same voice every time, with Bill Switzer, he absolutely disappears into the role!moreless
