Billy Thorpe was a famous Australian musician. During the 1960's and 70's, Billy earned success as the lead singer of hard rock band Billy Thorpe & the Aztecs. On the 28th February 2007, Billy suffered a heart attack and died several hours later. He was 60 years old.
