    Hey,

    I just wanted to ask, why is Billy Warlock's TV.com rating only 4.0?

    I have only seen him act on The Young and the Restless, but I think he play's his character (Ben Hollander) great and he's really good looking.

    I was just wondering the same thing myself. I've seen him in several of his roles and I think he's fabulous.
