Bob Hope

Bob Hope...how can one truly describe Bob Hope. He was a hilarious man. He made so many funny movies that I cannot count them, that is without really thinking. His style of humor is very history based. If you don't know what was going on when he said something, then you won't understand the joke. This means that it takes intelligence to find him funny. I feel that he is one of the best comedians ever.



He never won an Academy Award. That, in fact, was one of his biggest jokes. He used to pretend all the time that he was doing something only to win an Academy Award. He should have. He is without a doubt, one of the funniest men who ever lived!

Bob Hope was definitely one of the greatest comedians ever, and that ever will be. His timing was genius, and the one-liners were absolutely hilarious.



I also have an incredible amount of respect for Mr. Hope for all that he did for US Troops while they were away from home during some of the worst times in our history. He gave them hope, and a little taste of home that I'm sure truly helped them get through the rest of their time overseas away from their loved ones.
