- On December 30th 2006, Brandy's Land Rover hit another car and caused a four-car accident in Los Angeles. The driver of the car she hit in the crash died. It was confirmed that no alcohol or drugs were involved in the incident. In early 2008 Brandy was deemed innocent and not guilty of causing the crash and the successive death of the other driver.
