Brian Dietzen

Brian plays the drums.

He landed the lead role of seven of his high school's productions.

Brian was the 1998 recipient of a UROP Grant for a summer theatre tour of Same Time Next Year, the 1999 University Theatre Award winner for talent and creativity, as well as the 1999-2000 Best Actor Award winner for Equus.

He is 6' tall.

His eyes are hazel/green and his natural hair colour is dirty blonde.

He is married.

Was working on The Norm when he auditioned for the role of Jimmy Palmer on NCIS.

Brian formed the sketch comedy group The Norm with Kevin Rankin and Jill Farley. Together the group produced a live sketch show, and a popular web series "Coaching Life".

He attended Niwot High School in Colorado.

Brian's first call to acting came in the form of a school play at the age of 8 years old. He played an evil elf in a Christmas play.

He's had roles in 3 major movies. Self-Inflicted (2005, as William Simmons)
Purgatory House (2004, as Ghost) and From Justin to Kelly (2003, as Eddie)

Brian got the role of the Bellhop on the show One on One. The episode was "Stepmom, Misstep" (2003)

He played in Boston Public as David Caplan in the episode Chapter Forty-Six (2002).

His NCIS debut was in Season 1 as Jimmy Palmer. The episode was Split Decision which aired the 11th of May 2004.

Brian didn't start his role on NCIS until after character Gerald(Pancho Demmings) was shot and needed replacing.

Brian is a talented singer and dancer.

He played Eddie in the movie From Justin to Kelly.

Brian graduated from the University of Colorado with a BFA, majoring in acting.
