Britney has put child safety back on the agenda in California after two incidents involving son Sean Preston. The confusion over which direction children should be strapped into a vehicle has led the state to consider introducing a bill to set this straight. The bill, dubbed 'Britney's Law', would make it illegal for a baby aged under 12 months to face forward in a car.
