We shimmied, two-stepped, and pranced our way through a seventh season of ABC's Dancing With the Stars. Cloris Leachman's antics (and cleavage) kept us mesmerized, injuries trimmed the field prematurely, and Jeffrey Ross never stood a chance. But in the end it came down to a model, a football player, and a boy-bander, and one walked away the winner.
Everyone loves Dancing With the Stars! Well at least 20-something million of you do, according to early ratings. The ABC reality sensation premiered its seventh edition this week, once again pairing "celebrities" with pro feet-shufflers in a winner-take-all pants-on-dance-off. The back-to-back episodes culminated in the season's first elimination, and I doubt anyone was surprised by who won't be back to cut a rug, or anything for that matter.
I know most of you are going to detest me for speaking my mind in this review, and I'm sorry. Truly I am. Anywho, Brooke Burke...many of you love her. I, on the other hand, detest her with a passion that could destroy an entire species. Everyone says she's so pretty and hot, but I think she looks like a dragon. Just look at her nose! I always think she's going to breathe fire through it at any moment! My mom said that's why she won "Dancing with the Stars." Her nostril size allowed her to intake more oxygen than the average person and improved her dancing XD She was a great dancer, I will admit that. That wasn't what irritates me - it's the fact that she knew she was good and always knew she would win. She was a prissy little know-it-all that always gave off the impression of being nice and kind when she was most likely cursing every other opponent. I could say more unkind things, but I'd better not. You guys get the point.
Hi So In 2001, Burke married Dr. Garth Fisher, a plastic and reconstructive surgeon at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. They have two daughters together: Neriah and SierraIn 2005, Fisher and Burke filed for divorce, and their divorce was finalized in 2006. On August 21, 2006, she announced that she was engaged to actor/singer David Charvet. They have two children together: a daughter named Rain and a son Shaya so she has four kids ( just like a friend of mine). She is a contestant on season seven of dancing with the stars. She seems nice and is quite pretty.
Brooke Burke is very good at two things. She speaks well and looks good. These are very admirable traits in the field we might call “presenter” or “show host”. A fine example is her excellent performance on “Rock Star: INXS”. She introduces the show, explains what’s going on, introduces performers, and provides bridging material between performers and between show segments. Now, you might think this is a job anyone can do. No sir! Because not only does she provide this information, at no point do I ever feel the need to fast forward through her parts. There are three reasons. First, she does not come across as reading from a prompter, but makes it sound conversational and interesting. Second, she is easily understood; she speaks clearly, and doesn’t mumble or slur her way through the words. Third, she is very attractive. I would not want to fast forward past Brooke’s part, because she is good to look at.
