I've only seen Bruce McGill in MacGyver so I am only rating him on his preformance in that show. He played Jack Dalton, MacGyver's best friend that was full of schemes. Whenever he lied his eye twitched, which was pretty funny. However, his preformance was mediocre. Hundreds of actors today can play the character as well as McGill did. Sometimes, when I watched his acting, it seemed a bit fake. Though he's average, he's not that bad. I would like to see him in a different role just to see how he would do, but I really don't think he is good enough for a major role.
