Director Ryan Murphy decided to write it into the episode titled, "The News of My Death Has Been Greatly Exaggerated," by introducing a "Mullet Club." The Club only lasted one episode because Bryce cut his hair after the episode was shot.
Bryce never took his SATS because he knew that he didn't want to go to college. His goal was Hollywood instead.
